The things worth knowing.

Sizing, postage and what happens if something is not right. Anything else, just ask me.

What size should I order?
Garments are Uneek, and the full chest and height measurements for children and adults are on the size guide. They are body measurements, not garment measurements. If you are between sizes, or buying for a child who is growing quickly, go up.
How much is postage?
Nothing extra — UK postage is included in every price you see. Ordering from outside the UK? Email me first and I will work out the cost.
How long will it take?
Up to two weeks. Everything is embroidered to order rather than sitting in a box, so there is a making stage before the posting stage. If it is going to take longer I will email you.
What if it doesn't fit?
Tell me within 14 days, send it back unworn with the tags on, and I will exchange it. You cover the postage back to me and I cover sending the new one out. If something arrives faulty or wrong, that is on me — full refund or replacement, your choice.
Why are member prices lower?
Members collect at lessons, so there is no postage to cover, and EP families are the ones keeping the group going. Log in to the members area to see member prices and order.
Where does the money go?
Profit goes into the Etive Pipers Fund, which buys chanters, reeds and music, helps pupils get to events, and covers block fees for families who need it. More about the Fund.
